The department is comprised of safety management and aviation security and trains competent flight dispatchers and aviation safety/security personnel. These personnel manage flight planning and the safety of all flights, airworthiness of aircrafts and security of all operations in the aviation industry. The department conducts these courses with the objective of ensuring a safe and secure aviation environment.
In addition to these programs the department conducts ICAO Government Safety Inspector Courses.
