𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗢 𝗚𝗦𝗜-𝗣𝗘𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘

The Director of the East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, flanked by the Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, graced the closing ceremony of the ICAO GSI-PEL Course at EASA.

The programme brought together participants from Uganda, Cape Verde, Madagascar, and the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, who successfully enhanced their competencies in Personnel Licensing (PEL) oversight in alignment with International Civil Aviation Organization standards.

The training strengthened regulatory capacity under the Government Safety Inspector (GSI) framework, supporting effective safety oversight systems and harmonized aviation standards across States.

EASA continues to advance aviation safety and regulatory excellence through specialized, industry-focused training programmes.
