𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘𝗦 & 𝗘𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗔

Eng. Edward Marete, representing EASA Management, presided over the successful completion of the Resolution of Safety Issues and Enforcement Course, flanked by SME Instructors Lawrence Amukono and Elijah Obong'o.

The training was conducted for personnel from the South African Civil Aviation Authority from 30th March to 3rd April 2026 at the Airports Company of South Africa Aviation Academy in Johannesburg.

The closing ceremony was graced by Tembisa Maphike, Executive Aviation Safety Infrastructure, and Nelson Nkabiti, Senior Manager Aerodromes and Facilities, representing SACAA leadership.

The course strengthened competencies in identifying, resolving, and enforcing aviation safety issues, enhancing regulatory effectiveness and promoting compliance with international aviation standards.
