The Registrar, Finance & Administration at the East African School of Aviation, alongside the Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Conventional Cartography Course at EASA.

The programme has brought together participants from Nigeria and Mauritius, reflecting strong international collaboration in aeronautical information management.

The training focuses on strengthening competencies in conventional cartographic techniques, including aeronautical chart design, data representation, and mapping standards to support accurate and reliable air navigation services.

EASA continues to advance regional and global aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote safety, precision, and operational excellence.
