The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Human Factors in Aviation Course at EASA.
The programme has brought together participants from Ghana, Egypt, and Kenya, fostering international collaboration in aviation safety and human performance.
The training focuses on strengthening competencies in human factors principles, including communication, decision-making, teamwork, situational awareness, and error management to enhance safety and operational efficiency within aviation environments.
EASA continues to advance regional and international aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
