The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, presided over the closing ceremony of the Human Factors in Aviation Course at EASA.

The programme brought together participants from Ghana, Egypt, and Kenya, fostering international collaboration in aviation safety and human performance.

The training enhanced participants’ competencies in human factors principles, including communication, decision-making, teamwork, situational awareness, and error management to support safer and more efficient aviation operations.

EASA continues to advance regional and international aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
