The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, presided over the closing ceremony of the ICAO PBSOM Course at EASA.

The programme brought together participants from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, who successfully enhanced their competencies in Performance-Based Surveillance Operations Management (PBSOM), strengthening surveillance systems, regulatory oversight, and aviation safety.

The training further reinforced alignment with standards set by the International Civil Aviation Organization, supporting effective and harmonized aviation operations.

EASA continues to advance regional and international aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes.
