The Acting Director of the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Eliud Jela, alongside Deputy Director, Aviation Training, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Customer Care in Aviation Course at EASA.

The programme has brought together participants from the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Eswatini and EASA, underscoring the importance of delivering excellent customer experience, professionalism and service quality across aviation operations.

The course aims to strengthen communication skills, service culture and passenger engagement practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the aviation sector.
