The Director of the East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, alongside the Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the ADS-B Course at EASA.
The programme has brought together participants from Zambia and the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, focusing on strengthening competencies in Automatic Dependent SurveillanceβBroadcast (ADS-B) systems to enhance real-time aircraft tracking, surveillance accuracy and air navigation safety.
The training underscores the growing importance of advanced surveillance technologies in supporting efficient and seamless air traffic management.
