The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Approach Procedural Course at EASA.
The programme has brought together participants from Djibouti, focusing on strengthening competencies in procedural approach control to enhance safe, orderly and efficient aircraft sequencing and separation within controlled airspace.
The training underscores the critical role of procedural air traffic management in ensuring aviation safety and operational efficiency, particularly in environments where radar surveillance may be limited.
EASA continues to advance regional aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote safety and operational excellence.
