ANS fundamentals of CNS and ANS concepts course opening ceremony

The exemplary collaboration between EASA and Ecole Africaine de la Meteorologie et de l'Aviation Civile (EAMAC) led by Mr. Bessane Mathiaco, stands as a testament to effective partnership in aviation training. Through this partnership EASA has already successfully trained 6 cohorts of about 210 professionals representing at least 19 ASECNA member states. This thriving joint initiative recently welcomed the two new groups of trainees, following the second collaboration meeting between the two institutions held at EAMAC in Niamey. The 36 participants today commenced their training in ANS fundamentals of CNS and ANS concepts. The collaborative spirit was evident at the opening ceremony, officiated by the Director Dr. Serah Waitiki and the Registrar Academic Affairs, Dr. Oliver Sindabi. This shared commitment between the two institutions continues to strengthen aviation safety through coordinated training demonstrating how institutional cooperation creates meaningful impact across the region
