The Director, East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, flanked by Deputy Director, Aviation Training, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Management of Strategic Change in Aviation course.

Participants from the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority and Kenya Civil Aviation Authority were welcomed to the programme, which focuses on strengthening leadership capacity to manage change, innovation and organizational resilience in the aviation sector.
