The Director, East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, flanked by Registrar, Academic Services Dr. Oliver Sindabi, officially presided over the opening of the ICAO English Language Proficiency Raters Recurrent Training Course at EASA.

She warmly welcomed ASECNA Member participants from Benin, Chad, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Madagascar, Cameroon and Guinea, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high standards in aviation English assessment to strengthen communication, safety and regulatory compliance across international air navigation.
